Shipping policy

STANDARD

Free Shipping on all domestic orders.

Due to fraud, International shipping is on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to cancel these orders and/or personally contact the customer prior to shipment.

Domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders will arrive within 7-21 business days.

USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 3-5 business days.

*Final delivery will be made by USPS. This will not affect the standard delivery time frame.

*Our 4 day shipping guarantee does not include mistakes or delays made by USPS. We ship all orders within 24 hours and pay for 2-3 day shipping. If the order does not arrive within that time period, USPS is to blame.

*For USPS Express orders, we do not refund shipping charge if we ship within the time frame of 24 hours from order placed (excluding Sundays). If there is and issue with your shipment and we shipped it within the allotted time frame; it is the fault of USPS and they are to blame. We are not able to provide a receipt of purchase of shipping at this time either.

OTHER DETAILS

Icon Chemical ships Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 3pm EST on weekdays and 1 PM EST on Saturdays. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1 business day for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday – Saturday. Please note that Icon Chemical does not ship to freight forwarders.
